Achievements
- Since 2004 to 2007 worked as senior research associate in Vavilov Institute of General Genetics Russian Academy of Science the laboratory of genetic development. He studied the features of genomic imprinting in the early embryonic development of a mouse. During his work published several scientific papers. Participated in the youth conference. He participated in two grant projects dedicated to the participation of genomic imprinting in embryonic development. During his work he mastered the basic techniques of working with early mouse embryos, PCR, RT-PCR, electrophoresis, laboratory work, work in the vivarium.
- Since 2007 to 2010 worked as research associate for FSBI State Research Center of Dermatovenerology and Cosmetology of Ministry of Health at laboratory of methods of molecular diagnostics.
- He worked on reagents from various manufacturers. Mastered various methods of DNA extraction, methods of PCR formulation, method of electrophoretic DNA detection.
- Participated in different conferences and seminars including seminar on Organization of Quality Control in Embryology Lab (Cecilia Sjoblom, 2013), and tutored in a workshop Vitrification of Oocytes and Embryos (M. Kuwayama, 2012).
